Requirements
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XS, Sketch, etc.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design approach.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience creating responsive designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of design systems and UI patterns.
- Strong knowledge of usability principles and accessibility standards.

- Ability to create high-fidelity design prototypes, mockups, and wireframes.
- Proficiency in developing design documentation (design specifications, style guides).

Responsibilities
- Create user-centered design solutions that solve complex interaction challenges
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine and implement design concepts
